DISTINCTIONS IN SERVICE
In my federal career I was fortunate to receive recognition for my work in program management, emergency response, and support for vulnerable populations. These awards reflect both my commitment to public service and the collective efforts of many partners along the way.
Some examples of recognition include:

HHS Secretary’s Award for Excellence in Management (2012), honoring leadership in the Administration for Children and Families.

ACF Exemplary Leadership Award (2010), the agency’s highest recognition for advancing programs that strengthen families and communities.

HHS Secretary’s Award for Distinguished Service (2006), for contributions to the federal response following Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, and Wilma.

HHS Secretary’s Award for Distinguished Service (1999), for excellence and dedication to scientific rigor in the ACCESS Homeless Demonstration study.
