My approach reflects a lifelong commitment to strengthening health and human services so that they work better for people in times of need. Every project is guided by the principle that strong communities are built when essential services remain reliable, accessible, and equitable—even in crisis.

From Project Liberty after September 11, to Superstorm Sandy recovery, to long-term Community Services Block Grant initiatives, I have helped design and guide major efforts that delivered vital resources, supported recovery, and rebuilt trust.
